I watched a video a couple of weeks ago of someone trail biking past Aguas Blancas and anything that grows round there must be tough.
It was like the surface of the moon only with these large salt pans.

The Tunillas (along with M hypogea) were on the eastern edge beyond the plain with the salt pans.
