I would just like to say thankyou to everybody who has posted on this sub forum, to bring the Tephrocactus study group alive this Spring/Summer, it has been a quiet zone for far too long ,when we lost our annual trip down to Coddington for the TSG meet and all the other marts and shows, seeing other members plants always gives one ideas,
I think I have seen more Andean Opuntias in flower this year than ever before, because of you.
Keep the show coming.
Thankyou

I only have a few plants which fit the bill here but my interest and knowledge in them has been increased by the various informative and enjoyable posts. Thanks

I think everyone's interested has been boosted by how well they have been flowering this year.

Yes, I’ve always avoided the Opuntia group like the plague, apart from a Pterocactus tuberosus, which was given to me by a well-meaning lady. Then, this year it flowered and I am now hooked!

Welcome to the addiction JST.
Hooked is not a phrase Opuntia growers use
