Gasteria query

Post by juster »

I've got two clones of G. armstrongii. Repotting this one today, I noticed that it was much less warty than the other and quite spotted. Is this a hybrid?

It looks pure armstrongii to me. Their leaf texture varies a lot.

Thanks both. I wasn't sure how much variation there should be, I'm quite pleased to have two that look different.

Now you should be able to harvest some seed from them, if you can get them to flower simultaneously!
