Google says Aloe descoingsii x (Aloe bakeri x Aloe parvula) by John Bleck.

It's one from John Bleck who used to own Abbey Garden Nursery in the US back in the last century. They were grown as part of a project when he was a university lecturer and I think the students had some input with the naming. His best one was 'Fiesta' which I haven't seen for ages.

Ah, thanks. I meant decoingsii. It's that, not haworthiodes, with a similar flower. Old age....

I think "Lizard Lips" was distributed most widely of all his hybrids in the hybridising program he undertook.
