I know this isn't a correct genus, hybrid or otherwise, but it seems like a reasonable grouping of some the plants we grow.
I've just got my first colademononis flowers out and it looks like a 'Helm's Neue' might be a few days behind. You'll notice the tags as both these flowers have been pollinated with different hybrids to hopefully get some interesting results!
Please add to the thread when you have any 'Hildewintera' in flower.

Re: Hildewintera 2021
Don't have that particular genus .... but .... lovely plant
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Re: Hildewintera 2021
Thanks Terry.
It seems 'Helm's Neue' didn't take as long to open as I thought... (Have edited this twice now as I thought I had missed an 'e' from the name but German for 'new' appears to be 'neu' but the cultivar seems to be spelt 'neue' in a number of places. Anyone know the correct spelling?)

I have only a limited knowledge of German, but it might be that the gender and case have to agree with Helms. No doubt a scholar will put us right.
