Chrome on a PC won't let me open or save any pdf on a page with an http address (rather than https) with a simple click, forcing me to right click, save and then opt to keep. It's been like this for a few months now, I'd say. I don't think it's anything to do with what you're doing.

Chrome on my PC works fine but on tablet I briefly see new tab opening then it vanishes. Both devices have Acrobat installed.Phil_SK wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 9:44 pm Chrome on a PC won't let me open or save any pdf on a page with an http address (rather than https) with a simple click, forcing me to right click, save and then opt to keep. "Hold" the link, then open as a new tab, it'll download the PDF.Jim_Mercer wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 9:47 pmChrome on my PC works fine but on tablet I briefly see new tab opening then it vanishes. Chris
I have all from 1977/12 onwards, so can fill in the years that Tony hasn't offered. They're all 'used', that is they have my selection marked.
I'll do the scanning in the next day or two. Do you want them emailing?
I also have the CSSGB 1977 to 1983 lists - any interest?

Re: Old Seed Lists (BCSS & NCSS)
I'd certainly love to see these. Apart from the "simple record" of the Society, the data they contain, is priceless. I'm looking at the ones so far, merely statistically, and mechanically, in terms of what was available and when. But are there any patterns in what was "fashionable" to grow? Then, I ask the question about are any of those plants grown XX years ago, alive today? Have any of the plants gone on to yield seeds which themselves have gone into the Society distribution on the annual seed list or the seed bank?
The social history of the Society is hidden in this data.
WOW .. what a wealth waiting to be revealed.

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.
