I reckon it might be Notocactus mammulosus v. submammulosus, which is like v. mammulosus but with fewer ribs.

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
