Looks like a peat-pumped Sulcorebutia crispata. A change of compost will help it deflate a bit

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
