Euphorbias plus pelagonium for I.D. please
Joined Havering branch 2006, although have been growing on and off since the age of ten!
Have a large balanced collection of both cacti and succulents but enjoy growing cristate, monstrose and generally anything a bit weird!

The third one is Euphorbia canariensis.

Collection mainly of cacti, though interested in a much wider variety of plants than I can accommodate!

Re: Euphorbias plus pelagonium for I.D. please
Sorry be pedantic, but the correct name for the first plant is now Euphorbia polygona, which now includes E. horrida. There are now something like a dozen vars. recognised in this very variable sp.
The last is indeed a Pelargonium. With so little info I can't be specific but it looks like either P. crassicaule or P. cortusifolium. These sp. are closely related such that leaves and most importantly flowers are needed for a certain ID on this.

Thanks all, that's a great help
Colin, I may get back to you if I can persuade the Pelagonium to flower

Forgot to say, whichever sp. this is it's a winter grower, so it should be leafless right now. Well, my plants are.Cactus Kid wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 3:00 pm Thanks all, that's a great help

Pelargonium cotyledonis will throw out a few leaves in summer.

Maybe, but I don't think it's that sp. from the little evidence available so far.Herts Mike wrote: ↑Mon Jul 04, 2022 6:29 pm Pelargonium cotyledonis will throw out a few leaves in summer.
