Sorry Herts Mike ... I had to .... honest
Magenta stigma now has two flowers
Echinopsis hybrid Sleeping Beauty
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Sorry
I am out of order. I will curtail my frivolity.

I had intended to write something like ..... "Sorry it won't happen again, until next time"

That purple stigma looks like a Photoshop job! Most unusual.

I'm told it's a Brian Fearn breeding programme feature. He (and edds) tell me it's in the programme. I have used it with others in the hope I might breed it into other hybrids. But then the result might be outside my lifetime.ralphrmartin wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 6:54 pm That purple stigma looks like a Photoshop job! Most unusual.
