There is also John Pilbeam's 'Smaller Opuntias', which I don't have so have no idea how good it is.
Darren nr Lancaster UK. Growing Conophytum, Lobivia, Sulcorebutia, bulbs etc.

You can sometimes pick up second hand copies of it . They are very well printed and well worth it.
