Ferocactus ?

I am doubtful about this one.

Looks like a Ferocactus because of strong ribs and spines, but I can't find it on list...

What is your feeling ?

It's what I used to call Ferocactus Electracanthus but may have more than one name.

Looks like you have 3 plants in the one pot
As Stuart says, it is what used to be called F. electracanthus. Now thought to be one of the many forms of Ferocactus histrix.

I actually have 3cactus in the same pot, but they share a single main root.

Do you think I can try a separation , at least for one of them, by a sharp scalpel intervention, or this would be to much risky ?

Would be quite unusual to have three heads from a single root on a plant that size. Or at all. Most Ferocactus don't clump easily or ever. If it really is a single plant on a single root system, then I'd vote to keep it and just get a bigger (shallow) pot. More likely three plants have been grown together since they were tiny and the roots have either fused or just got so squashed together that they seem like one. If you cut off a head then you should be able to re-root it, but it will take a while.

For the time being, I have repotted them all together.

The plants really looked like they were "welded" at their root level, more than having entangled roots.

If I change my mind, I will try to take a close up photo.
