Aloe identification

Post by firstsucculents »

Hi, I ordered an Aloe aristata online but the Aloe I received does not look much like it (I have other aristata already), seems a lot spikier, although it may be related. Can someone please help identify this?

Looks like a hybrid of some nature.

I should ask for your money back.

It looks like an Aloe hybrid called ‘Pepe’, a cross between A. descoingsii and A. haworthioides. It will make a cluster of small rosettes, quite an attractive hybrid.
