Re: BCSS National Plant Fair - 10-11 August 2024
We will be there.
This is our 1st time going to an event and I take my hat off to all the people that sell at the events up and down the country.
It's a mammoth task preparing the plants, not to mention the time spent growing.
It looks like it's shaping up to be an epic event.
I just need to label everything now and we are ready to go

Re: BCSS National Plant Fair - 10-11 August 2024
98 tables - 290ft of plants? That would make them 3ft tables. I'd assumed they would be 6ft tables so shouldn't there be nearly 600ft of plants to choose from. Nothing in the info sent to nurseries gives the size of tables but I'd expect all the nurseries are expecting 6ft tables. 290ft would be she same size as Spalding Mart. Hope it's just a typo.

A search on here tell me 'Sulcoman' is John Carr.
But who is John Carr, if ye don't mind me asking?

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.
