I have a couple of plants labelled Pediocactus knowltonii out at the moment. The plant on the left simply bears that name on the label and came from Ian & Janet Robinson, while the other has the Stephen Brack number SB304. Though rather diffent, both flowers are beatiful and both have a powerful sweet scent that is filling the greenhouse. Both plants are grafted.

Quite a striking difference with the flowers David. I presume the plants/spination etc. are pretty equal. The scent sounds nice, I've got a couple of plants but only tiny and no flowers as yet maybe next year or after.

Nice effect. Do those petals remain undulate when they are fully open?
