The culprit left a slime trail, so I didn't need Sherlock Holmes to solve this one. Even putting the cold frames on the garage roof doesn't keep them out. A suspect has been apprehended and summarily dealt with.
PS: any idea which sulco it is?

I can really only think of S. candiae (now glomeriseta), krugerae or cardenasiana. The last is the least common of these but the reddish outer petals are hinting at cardenasiana. I'm not brave enough to say more definite than that!
