Hi Phil,
In case you're interested, Gordon Rowley's latest name for this is C. exilis subsp. picturata, whereas for IHOSP its C. exilis subsp. cooperi.
Whichever, the consensus is that this isn't a distinct sp.
Crassula picturata.

Re: Crassula picturata.
The pimple has now resolved itself into two distinct leaves, 2-3 mm high, which have fine hairs on the edge.
How sweet are they!

A flower!!!!
From pimple to flower in about 6 months, it's incredible. And I have echiverias and an aeonium for years that have not flowered.

This is what you have to look forward to Julie. You'll need your strongest glasses but they are quite sweet little flowers.

Member of Somerset branch. I have a diverse mixture of small cacti plus a few larger survivors from a previous collection. I also like Stapeliads, Titanopsis, Anacampseros, and various other succulents. Now proud owner of many self-raised seedlings.

Re: Crassula picturata.
Sweet, Phil. And I like the pink stalks too.
Anything flowering that's not an obesa is a treat for me.
And I must have good specs - I just sowed mamm. seeds in neat rows.
