I don't know much about Ferocactus but that seems to be a clump so I'll have a stab at robustus.

Tending more towards cacti , particularly Gymnocalyciums, Rebutias, Sulcorebutias, Echinopses, Thelos, Feros and Mamms (and anything else I like the look of!) all in an 8 x 6 polycarb greenhouse and a few windowsills!

That was around 1m or so across Maria which appears to be quite the norm as I saw a fair few like that. In the Pilbeam/Bowdery book there is a pic of a clump that dwarfs this one and must be 10ft across and at least 1m wide!!
