Hello :welc: I'm a new-ish member too. Joining the forum was great. Plenty of information from lots of friendly people. The only problem is time - once you start looking through all the posts and pictures its easy to spend hours. More fun than sleeping though.

Hello Bob and welcome to the forum.I´m not sure that you can take cuttings from "Fred",because of the way the plant grows. Also have very strange flowers and-at least on my plant-no fruit. So if no-one on the forum has a plant of Fred,I would recommend you to look at Cactus Mall, where you can find nurseries from all over Europe and someone is bound to have "Fred" on sale.Six-seven years ago every continental nursery had it for sale, but it seems out of fashion today....:S
Thord. All kinds of smallgrowing cacti.
