Re: September Photo Competition
I can see it's going to be a tough job, judging this! I might have to get my daughter involved, like you did Bill.

Re: September Photo Competition
My entry of the month, the weird shapes of a chimaera.
Kind regards,

Re: September Photo Competition
Is your gamma ray blasted mihanovicii producing chlorophyll? If it 'spreads' it'd be interesting to get it off the graft and see what happens.

My first effort for the month (there might be more - who knows) the shapely Crassula falcata
Somerset PhilMember of Somerset branch. I have a diverse mixture of small cacti plus a few larger survivors from a previous collection. I also like Stapeliads, Titanopsis, Anacampseros, and various other succulents. Now proud owner of many self-raised seedlings.

Re: September Photo Competition
Somewhat off topic here, but I'll give a fast reply to Steve. My plant is a Chimaera between the red Gymnocalycium and a Myrtillocactus. The green parts are Myrtillocactus cells.
Kind regards,
Pieter

I know this could come under spines - thought it comes out well as an unusual shape also!
