Having recently been made redundant I am now looking for things to occupy my time so I have joined this forum, have tried to put some links in this note but not sure how this site uses bbcode....
I have been growing/killing cacti & succulents for many years in Liverpool and have produced a web site for the Liverpool Branch http://www.bcss-liverpool.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/.
Now that the worst of the winter has passed (autovent in main greenhouse opened this morning for the first time this year) I am starting to find out which plants have managed to survive the colder than usual temperatures. Already found most Crassula sarcocaulis which I keep outside have failed, and even those in the cold greenhouse seem to have succumbed.
As a result of the LIverpool Branch website I get a steady flow of questions, almost all of which are about Crassula ovata as I wrote a page on its cultivation.
