I think this is the nearest I have to a Caudiciform Euphorbia.

Bit of a monster ! - Euphorbia turbiniformis graft, in a four inch (10cm) pot. Just starting to grow again after our protracted winter.

Euphorbia horwoodii - a form from J.J.Lavranos 24689 which even on graft I struggle to keep alive, the stems are are so thin and prone to die back, it's a very different looking plant to the normal E.horwoodii
