Riny
Varied collection of succulents but I especially like Euphorbia's, Apocynaceae and Cucurbitaceae.

This one in Sydney botanical Gardens may be a touch larger, but not such interesting bark.

Sydney Botanical Gardens also had a Brachtchiton rupestris, Queensland Botttle Tree. The plastic wrap is to stop possums climbing up - not something I have too much trouble with in the UK.

Some from Singapore's Garden in the Bay:
another Cyphostemma juttae (bit common really)... ..this is Ceiba chodatii, has it's top pruned off at some stage, probably when being transplanted to its current site and Dorstenia gigas, not the smallest one I've ever seen, and flowering well.

A few more from the Gardens in the Bay:
and a couple of shots of caudiciforms by the busload
By the way, the glasshouse isn't to keep them warm. It's to keep rain off, and is air-conditioned to keep the temperature a lot lower than outside.Mike T

Thank you for sharing those Mike - what a great public collection - it's also funny to hear the opposite faffing about needed to keep the plants content.

the last pictures taken a month ago and they are only just turning leaf now.
