How about a festive/Christmas plant- no Brussels sprouts , it can be because of the colouring of leaf/spines/flowers or decorations you have added, get that tinsel out.

To carry on the snow theme, here is Agave gentryi

Brrr looks too cold

It was a bit - that was during the BFTE when we had that big snow dump. Have to say the agave didn't turn a hair Then again it was a veteran of 09/10 and 10/11 winters that were nastier.

Ironically those lines on the leaves were mechanical damage caused by a polytunnel I had erected to protect nearby plants blew over and fell on it.

I posted this in another thread and thought it ought to go here too! Mistletoe (cactus) berries!
