Wow it's hard to take in the scope of what you have got there. I've subscribed in the hope of a few more Vids maybe pointing out some of the stand out plants .

And you still have free space on tables... I'm impressed

It really is a mammoth undertaking to have such a National Collection.

My thought as well, he has a sink and surface void of pots, many of us don't have room to put a cupa tea down anywhere

The bags (or baggies, I gather is the technical term ) have seeds planted in, which are a combination of those collected from some of my own plants, and plants I've not been able to find as cuttings, mainly from Mats Winberg & Kohres.
When I built the system two years ago I took a lot of good advice from Ralph. The system is very similar to his, in that each bench has a flood tray with an input valve and a drain. I have a MiniDos automatic feeder (same as Ralph's) which can take feed from concentrate and dose it into the water.

The benches are the ones from Polybuild, which come in kit form. Basically galvanised steel legs and aluminium beams that you bolt together yourself, then a plastic insert which is made by Staal Plast, a Danish company.

Paul, I assume 'baggies' are exposed to sun? If I'm right, there (that) is the reason why they seem white to me... what kind of bags are they if I'm right? I mean, if they are regular see-thru, seedlings would get cooked very soon...

Yes, in full sun. They are Tesco tie-handle freezer bags, which are transparent but blue. I've been using them for a few years without problems.
