Same here, all works. Could there be a downloads limit per hour or 24 hrs, or perhaps on the number of simultaneous downloads?

I still could not get the download but then used a VPN and this worked fine.
All very odd.

Some great plants on the benches of the CSSNZ Auckland Cactus & Succulent Show. This snow-white Melocactus, among others, was something special for sure! All other articles are also top notch, thank you for sharing.
