Hi Tina
I did wonder about hinges of some sort, like piano hinges but I'd need aluminium ones to prevent galvanic corrosion (I can find aluminium continuous hinges so that would be an option).

Ideally though I want to be able to lift the doors out of the way so I'm thinking plastic channel / clip along the top for the top to slide into and then magnets to hold the bottom against the frame. And if this doesn't work I haven't made any permanent damage to the frame or doors so I can have a go with something else!l like hinges

Appreciate the thoughts as there is probably a much simpler solution to this that I haven't thought of.

In fact I just stopped halfway through typing this to go and have a look again and realised that I can tuck one side behind the frame and then just have a clip for the other side - I have already bought a panel lifting tool to take the panels off with needing a handle. Thank you for your post of I wouldn't have thought about it again!

Well I've used the half term break to actually finish this and fix the doors.

In the end I've used this;

I"be just used a small square in each corner. It's such a tight hold that I am having to use the panel removing tool to take a panel off each time. The interesting thing will be to see how the adhesive fares in the summer!
