Lots of lovely plants available.
I have a feeling that bulbs can get through the border. He recently sent a package to the uk. It was delayed by quite a bit but it was all accounted for. He is based in the Netherlands.
(Side note: I made a large order from Farmer Gracy earlier this year and got everything just fine, same with lots of other people who ordered from them. They are too based in the Netherlands)
