I'd say Echinopsis oxygona (assuming that's still the correct name!). It could also be a hybrid.

While I'm inclined to agree with the id as oxygona, it would be useful to see the plant body, please!

A photo size of 148 x 127 pixels isn't very helpful for id purposes either, Geoff, are you using a pin-hole camera?!

The photo looks like one of the Lambs colour photos they used to print on their John Bull Printing Kit in Worthing. I always wondered how they did it.
