Tephrocactus weberi

Caught in flower today. Missed the flower earlier in the week but this one crept up - I find these plants do that! Best not to move them much either or you end up with pile of cuttings!

Nice plant Chris, with those spines, I don’t think you would want to move it too often :wink:

Originally it was thought only the brown spine form had yellow flowers but now all three forms are excepted has having yellow -orange and even red flowers. Orange form shown below

A white-spined clone with pale pink flowers has also been found in habitat by our French friends.
