Most of the 15 or so species and varieties of Sansevieria here are winter-growers, some very much so, but pic's of some "boring" leaves............................
There is a chance of a flower spike, in which case, I'll get the camera out, but they would most likely appear far nearer summer.
I bought a nicely-sheped Adenium seedling (growing point nipped out and sealed) from a local garden centre last year and that is JUST making new growth on a windowsill, as are the large Adenium seedlings - all these get a BARE minimum amount of water to stop root loss.

The focus of the monthly photo competition is the photos not the plants. So even "boring leaves" and "just making new growth" could be worthy subjects. The purpose is to see how you personally interpret the title. Give it a go.

Very much new beginnings for me.
A photo of my first greenhouse. Bought from FB marketplace towards the end of last year, taken apart and driven home to sleep on the lawn until spring.
It's solid greenhouse (too solid, a lot of sealant used around glass panes which made the dismantling a bit more of a job than it needed to be!)
It needs a good pressure washing and clean and there's a fair amount of other work that needs to be done before it goes up
