Some more of my plants grown from seed sown in the winter of 2019/20 are flowering today.

I'm disappointed with Aylostera albipilosa FR754. Small quite orange flowers instead of the darker red and not the white fluffy Spination I was after either.

The A.buiningiana R611 are nice plants. I have a whole tray in the greenhouse coming into flower which should look amazing! I don't know what I'd call the colour? Peachy maybe? (Being colour blind I shall have to ask my wife!)

Not a lot of flowers on this senilis from BCSS seed but sure there will be more to come in future years.

And a Southfields hybrid, 'Phoebe' brightening my office today!

Aylostera buiningiana has quite distinctive a pastel pink shade, fading a little as the flower remains open:

Thanks Ralph. I was a bit worried I might have hybrid seed with the pastel shades - good to know it's to be expected!

The tray of buiningiana are doing their thing nicely this morning,

Along with albipilosa, perplexa and jujuyana,

And narvaecensis still going strong.
