Tour of the plants in flower

Post by Paul D »

The Open Day on 7th May was a great success this year, with many more people visiting than ever before, and really good synchronisation of flowering. The sun shone throughout. A couple of folk have said they wished they could have come along, so I've made a short video. No people, and no sound! Just flowers...
It's too big to upload here so I've put it on youtube:

Timed pretty much to perfection, by the look of it. You must be really pleased with your collection. (tu)

Wow That's some show
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

That is so impressive. Maybe I could combine with a visit to Aberdeen (it’s on a long term must visit one day list) next year.

I finally got round to putting all my Rebutia types on the same bench. It's a pathetic ensemble compared to yours. I can only dream......
