Not offended at all tel. Each to their own.
Glad to hear that .... and I'm serious .... the incentive is appreciated
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Indeed. Another Echinopsis flower and I may stab myself in the eye with an Echinopsis spine.
Could you provide you both Mike!!!
But maybe you'd prefer this?

That .... Ed ..... is sublime.
I'm allowed to grow a few Aloes and Haworthia (and may the nomenclature police be told I'm unfazed at the thoughts of any retribution) in the conservatory. I cut flowers off because I get threats from my wife about the sticky marks on the glass. Her threatens are more frightening than any from the nomenclature police.
I might show the flowers pictures and see what response I receive.

Absolutely. Eltel is a fine chap. Particularly when he was at Tottenham..
You have me at a disadvantage. Please translate.

Terry Venables of Spurs was called El Tel.
Thanks .... yes .... now my ancient grey cells recall that.

Well I have some smaller ones Terry and, in a couple of years, they'll be big enough to plant outside permanently. Mine do better outside, as long as you protect them from slugs!

That would be a problem where I live. I have a wood and stream at the end of my garden which presents me with all kinds of issues. Remember the squirrel saga. My wife loves hostas. I attempt to grow dahlias. Mollusc paradise!
