Is it common for the Aloe buhrii to form multiheaded rosette?

I wasn’t expecting this type of growth in Aloe buhrii but it
is definitely dividing 😮🙂

The Aloe head has finally split in two.
and put on spectacular flower display
this spring :smile: :smile:
