Harry Mak

Post by AnTTun »

I just found a plant in my collection, label says: H. pygmaea x h. bolusii by Harry Mak (and I have no clue where/who it came from). I found out that Mr. Mak played active roles in The Haworthia Society's history, but the data I found dated about 20 or so years ago. Any website I could find more info about him? Or anyone can provide some info here?

Harry is a member of the Manchester branch. He's become a more reclusive member of late. If you mail the chairman ... Peter Bint ... I'm sure he will be able to help you.
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.
