Birmingham Branch February meeting

The next meeting at Winterbourne House and Gardens (Birmingham UK) is on Tuesday 20th February.
Please do enter a plant in our first ever competition. The prize is a Garden centre voucher. The theme of the competition is Mexican plants and we will judge one another's based on pure appeal.
Plants might include Echeverias, Pachyphytum, Graptopetalum, Opuntias, Agaves, Ariocarpus, Ferocactus, Pachycereus, Echinocerous, Echinocactus, Coryphantha, Mammillarias etc. No one is judged on accurate geography though, so if unsure dont worry!
The evening theme is Mexico and we have several films to show.

You may also like to bring plants to show others, ask for advice or perhaps sell plants.

We charge £3.00 entry to go towards expenses. Non members welcome.

The car park should be open from 6.45pm, and we normally aim to start at 730. If you arrive just after 7 there's plenty of time for chatting, using our branch library, making a drink and seeing if there are any tempting plants for sale.
