SALE OF PART OF A COLLECTION OF CACTI & SUCCULENTS IN LUTON
Arrangements are being made to dispose of a significant part of a large collection of Cacti and some Succulents by private arrangement.
The plants are part of a collection of a member who has been growing for 40 years and has decided to down size. There are a number of different species, some Ariocarpus and other Mexican species, along with Gymnocalycium, Neoporteria and Mammillaria to name a few.
AT THIS TIME the exact way this will be done is being arranged, but we would like to gather the likely interest in this sale, which will be held in the LUTON area towards the end of August – a full list is being prepared and will be available on request once completed. In addition to the listed plants there will be a number of others available on the day.
Please forward your interest to Bill Darbon william.darbon77@btinternet.com

Re: SALE OF PART OF A COLLECTION OF CACTI & SUCCULENTS IN LUTON
I am interested in coming along to this. Will more information be sent out by e-mail from Bill or is there likely to be an update posted here? It's not entirely clear what the format of the sale will be and we're only a couple of weeks away.
Growing in Nottingham for the past 4 years and recently found my way to a Nottingham branch meeting. A few plants on a windowsill has very quickly turned into a greenhouse full!
Attempting to grow a range of turbinicarpus, coryphantha, escobaria and several other cactus genera. Tylecodons, pelargoniums and conophytums keep me occupied in the winter and an ever expanding number of gasteria live under the bench.
