The top one is the monstrose form of Echinopsis lageniformis (old name Trichocereus bridgesii - more pics on net under this name). Known by some as the penis plant
The latter is something very similar, but not monstrose. Not sure exactly which species. Might be Echinopsis (Tricho.) scopulicola.
