Re: Gymnocalyciums in flower
nice one!
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

That G. tillianum is becoming a nice plant. Here is a picture of a recent acquisition of me. It's an old and very spiny plant and I was a bit surprised it was still available at the fair and for such a low price too. I did not hesitate one second to buy it!

Unfortunately I don't have a name for this Gymno - the collection number is incomplete. A rather long flower, though, with a strong metallic sheen to it.

Gymno friedrichii LB2178, a great plant even without flowers.
I love the spines on Gymno bozsingianum.
