I assume it is not self-fertile?

Is there a plant that can cross with an Aztekium to get viable seeds (if both in flower)?

They do seem to be self fertile, last year I hunted for all the dead flower stalks & if you search there is sometimes odd seeds in the capsule. Mine germinated this year ( in a bag)but I managed to knock over the pot so they are now lost/mislaid in the gravel

varied collection of succulents and cacti but I especially like Euphorbia's, Ariocarpus and variegated agaves.
